How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your CDU School ERP account, send an email from your registered email address to:
support@cduerp.in
Information to Include
Please include enough information for us to identify and verify the account.
- Your full name
- CDU School ERP User ID / Username
- Registered email address, if available
- School name
- Your role, such as Student, Teacher or School Administrator
- A clear statement that you want your account and associated personal data to be deleted
What Data May Be Deleted
After verification and approval of the deletion request, data associated with the account may be deleted or anonymized where applicable. This may include:
- Account and login information
- Contact information associated with the account
- User profile information
- Other personal information associated with the user account where deletion is permitted
School and Academic Records
Some information in CDU School ERP forms part of official school, academic, attendance, examination, fee, payroll or administrative records.
Such records may be controlled by the relevant school rather than directly by the individual user. Deletion or modification of these records may therefore require authorization from the school and may be subject to applicable legal, accounting, academic or administrative retention requirements.
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained where necessary for legitimate legal, security, accounting, academic or administrative purposes, or where the relevant school is required or authorized to retain the information.
Information that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymized where reasonably applicable.
Processing of Your Request
After receiving your request, we will review the information provided and may contact you for verification or additional information necessary to identify the account.
Once the request has been verified, we will process it in accordance with applicable requirements and the authority of the relevant school over its records.
